Do you need to exchange or return a product?
Our process is very easy!
Returns Center:
- Log in to your account.
- Complete the form with the requested information and our team will reply as soon as possible to continue the process..
Info:
- We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items.
- You can exchange or return products within 30 days of order arrival.
- For exchanges or returns (without defect) the products must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
- All the information regarding your exchange or return will be sent to your e-mail
- Free exchanges and returns are only valid for orders with the delivery address within the 48 contiguous United States.
- For delivery addresses outside the 48 contiguous states, returns must be shipped by the customer. For exchanges, there will be a re-shipping fee of U$10.00.
